My name is Tim Houk and I am the Buyers Specialist for the Tim Houk Team.  My goal is to find you the perfect property and take it to the closing table in a flawless manner.  Whether you are a first time buyer or an investor, I am here to help you.

I have been at in Real Estate for two years.  I came to the team with a varied background in mortgages and a Bachelors in Marketing.  I am also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.  I have been honored by my office this year and asked to serve on the 2008 Agent Leadership Council and chair the Technology Committee.  Through hard work and determination I also was awarded Rookie of the Year for 2007.
